The mission of the Elizabeth Ann Leach Charitable Trust is to support the communities of Lincoln County, Maine through grants to selected charitable, benevolent and educational organizations.
Applicant Requirements and Limitations
Organizations must be:
- Tax exempt under Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code
- Located or operating in Lincoln County, Maine
Applications will not be considered from organizations which:
- Benefit any private person or corporation
- Carry on propaganda or otherwise attempt to influence legislation or policy
- Participate in any political campaign
